Volunteer Coordinator Wanted
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all members within the chapter, helping to ensure all events are properly staffed with enough volunteers to successfully run each event. The officer helps to recruit new members, coordinates all volunteers within the chapter, places volunteers within each committee, and delegates and supervises new and current volunteers within the chapter. The VC builds chapter membership, increases member satisfaction, and communicates between the chapter committees. The position is a vital component for chapter growth.
Awareness Coordinator Wanted
The Eastern Long Island Chapter is seeking one or more volunteers to help spread the word about our events via the distribution of posters/flyers. This would include going to surf spots, surf shops and other locations throughout the east end of Long Island.
